How to apply for a passport/visa/apostille?

How will I know that my application was submitted? I pressed the “Submit” button and paid but haven’t received any emails?
Soon after we receive your application, you will get a confirmation email from Russian Documents. If you don't see our email, there might be a mistake in an email that you provided in the application. In this case, we recommend you to contact our customer support department at +1.305.457.1772
Which language should I use in the application?
On each form of application, you'll find instructions on how to fill out a given field. If you have an available Russian keyboard, please, provide information in Russian, unless otherwise stated. If you don't have a Russian keyboard available, you can always submit the application in English and our representatives will contact you to clarify possible variations in proper nouns.
How can I check order status?
As soon as we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation email letter with the order number. You can use your order number or your name and date of birth to get information about your order status by telephone or email.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept the following payment types: Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, Zelle, Venmo or cash (only in the office)
Are government fees and taxes included in the price?
Yes, all government fees and taxes are included in the price marked on our website.
How do company Russian Documents take care of my personal information?
We take the confidentiality of your personal information as our primary concern and under no circumstances we share information regarding your order, order status, or payment to third parties. We do not conduct mass advertising newsletter campaigns. Russian Documents hopes that you enjoy doing business with us and use our service again.
Which documents should I provide? Do I have to provide originals?
After you submit the application, you will receive a detailed list with all necessary information and further instructions. In general, yes, most of our services require originals.

Can I send my documents by mail?
Yes, you can send your documents by USPS mail.
What postal/courier services do you recommend?
We have no affiliation with any of the postal services, but in most cases, we use FedEx, for the purposes of sending your documents to the office- you can choose any courier services that provide a tracking number.
