CERTIFICATE FOR RETURN TO RUSSIA

Certificate for return is an emergency document, that allows Russian citizens to enter Russia without valid travel passport. This document will not allow travelers to leave Russia, you will have to return the document in your local passport office and apply for new travel passport. This document is used in emergency situation, so it’s normally issued the same day you apply for it. In order to start the process, please, fill up application, we will prepare the case, set up an appointment and hand you the envelop that you will need to present at the Embassy. Please note, in order to be able to use this emergency paper, you must have either valid internal Russian passport, or already confirmed Russian citizenship
